India's ambassador in Cairo: the new rules set by Egypt are capable of attracting more investments

Mr. / Sanjay Bhattacharya, India's ambassador in Cairo confirmed that this year saw new investments from India in the field of mobile devices and other manufacturing investments worth $ 280 million in the city of Port Said, along with solar energy and retail trade cooperation.

 

He said in a press statement on the sidelines of the celebration of the Indian Constitution Day that the new laws established by the Egyptian government will contribute significantly to attract Indians capitals and investors to Egypt, pointing to the Visit of Egyptian industrial delegation to India in January next year and  Cairo receives a delegation representing the Indian Federation of Chambers of Commerce including a large number of Indian businessmen and representatives of major Indian companies .
