Cairo Chamber monitors commodity prices in preparation for "Ramadan"

Cairo Chamber of Commerce announced that it will intensify its follow-up to the markets during this period and will discuss the state and availability of commodities to find out any changes in the prices especially with the coming of Ramadan. The markets of foodstuffs, meat, fish and poultry are at the forefront of sectors that will increasingly be monitored as basic commodities.

 

Eng. Ibrahim ElAraby, Cairo Chamber’s Chairman said during a press statement that it is currently following up all activities of markets on a daily basis through the different business divisions belonging to Cairo Chamber of Commerce, especially with approaching of Holy Month of Ramadan, pointing out that last week saw a full assessment of the market situation in many commercial sectors such as food and poultry fish and meat on a daily basis.
