Mr. Ali Shoukry, Vice-Chairman of Cairo  Chamber of Commerce, said that it is unlikely that any rise in commodity prices will occur during the coming period, especially with the stability of the dollar at 18 pounds.

Shoukry announced that seeking for reducing the prices before Ramadan, the Chamber began to organize Ramadan exhibitions on two axes, the first through the "Ahlan Ramadan" exhibition in the conference hall, which will last for four days, and the second one will be launched later, In cooperation with the province to determine the places for exhibitions exhibition, such as Al-Marg and Salam City, Helwan and Manichet Nasser.

On the crisis of rising fish prices, he said, “It is improper that there is a crisis and a huge rise in fish prices in Egypt, especially as Egypt has the largest two seas and nine lakes, and this shows the failure of Authorities which responsible for fisheries “.

He also stressed that the Chambers of Commerce are ready to sit with any officials who wants urgent solutions to eliminate the crisis, and they are ready to present urgent proposals.
