Mr. Ahmed Yahia, head of the food division at the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, stressed that sales increased with the entry of schools compared to normal days, which is normal every year, adding that the prices of food commodities are experiencing relative stability despite the increasing demand for many Goods to meet students' demands, and expected stability of price will continue during the next period due to the availability of most goods in the market.

In the same context, Mr. Ahmed Abu Gabal, Head of Office Tools Division, Cairo Chamber of Commerce, said that the entry of schools has revived the sales movement in light of the demand of students and purchasing the new school supplies, which positively will reflect on the commercial movement.

He predicted that the market for stationery tools will continue to recover throughout the School period and will decline relatively after the beginning of the academic year.
