In line with the directives of the Egyptian political leadership, the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, chaired by Mr. Ayman El-Ashry, announced intensified preparations to organize the “Ahlan Ramadan 2026” exhibition. The exhibition aims to provide essential goods to citizens at reduced prices, easing the burden on Egyptian families.
In this context, the Chamber’s Exhibitions Committee, chaired by Major General Salah El-Abd, Treasurer of the Chamber, held its first preparatory meeting. The meeting was attended by Mr. Ihab Said, member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors and Committee Member, and Mr. Mohamed Tammam, Secretary-General and Head of the Chamber's Executive Authority, along with committee members from the Chamber’s executive team.
During the meeting, and in accordance with the instructions of Mr. Ayman El-Ashry, the committee discussed the main framework for organizing the exhibition. This included exchanging views and proposals on organizational mechanisms and identifying the sectors and essential goods proposed to participate in order to meet the needs of Egyptian families during the holy month of Ramadan at competitive prices that achieve the exhibition’s main objective.
