Kindly find attached the list of the Buyer Mission Programs to be held in April
2017.
• Egyptian importers who have the intention to import from Turkey should send the attached
application form either by email to kahire@ekonomi.gov.tr or by fax to +20 2-376 268 03 before
the deadline of each buyer mission. Late applications will not be accepted.
• Accommodation (including breakfast) and transfers to/from airport & to/from exhibition grounds/companies will be paid by the Turkish Government.
• The participants are responsible from their flight tickets. The flight tickets shall not be purchased until the application is approved.
• If necessary the applicants might be invited for an interview with the Commercial Counsellor.
• After the evaluation of applications, the eligible companies will be informed.
• The sector of the company must have an exact match to the sector of the Buyer Mission.
• The application forms should be filled correctly and as detailed as possible.
• The businessmen shall precisely follow the introduced program and attend the bilateral meetings.
• The representatives of the companies should be authorized to take decision on behalf of their company.
