The 13th International Gold & Silver Symposium (Conferences & Exhibition) will take place in Lima on

May 29 - 31, 2018. This event is organized by the National Society of Mining, Oil and Energy of Peru2 and

its main objective is to promote awareness in the potential of natural resources, particularly gold and silver

resources, as well as promote new investment and business opportunities in the region. Also the event will

be a superb occasion to gather information about new projects, particularly in the region, markets and price

outlook and an overall vision of their influence on the world’s economy.

The International Gold & Silver Symposium is a biennial event, and has already positioned itself as one of

the most important international events in the area of mining, geological and financial gold and silver

sectors.

In May 2016, the 12th International Gold & Silver Symposium was held with great success. 800 participants

representing 16 countries worldwide (Australia, Alemania, Canadá, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, India, Italy,

Panama, Espain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States of America, Turkey

and Peru) attended the programmed conferences, including investors, executives and professionals related

to gold and silver mining activities, as well as government officials, analysts, and executives of renowned

suppliers of goods and services that are essential for the mining industry.
