Important Notes :

 

  • The Turkish government will pay for the hotel's accommodation, including the breakfast meal only, as well as the transfer costs from and to the airport, from and to the exhibition venue, as well as companies

 

Egyptian importers must complete and submit the application form before

November 8, 2018 via E - mail:  the Commercial Counselor's Office of the Turkish Embassy Or by fax : 37626803

 No forms will be accepted after this date.

 

  • The cost of the flight ticket is borne by the participant. Air tickets should only be purchased after obtaining the approval of the Turkish the Commercial Counselor. An evaluation interview may be required  In  the following address:

  • The accepted companies will be notified of the result later after evaluating the forms.
  • The business field of ​​the company must be the same as the exhibition area.
  • The application form must be completed in full and in detail.
  • Businessmen should follow the proposed program, especially attending bilateral meetings.
  • The representatives of companies must have the necessary powers to make decisions on behalf of their company.
