Note:

The organizer will choose some of the participants- importers and pay the following costs for them:

-Air tickets economy class (round trip)

-A two night stay at a five star hotel in Delhi

-Transfers to and from the meeting place

-Coordination of bilateral meetings with rubber manufacturers

-Free lunch and dinner

-Letter of nomination for India visa.
