The financial contribution:
- In the event that the company’s exports exceed one million dollars annually
-The subsidy is going to be 60% (with shipping) of the total cost according to the authority’s plan in the external exhibitions as follows:

- In the event that the volume of exports is less than one million dollars annually
-The subsidy is going to be 80% (with shipping) of the total cost according to the authority’s plan for external exhibitions as follows:

General Conditions:
-Paying the full financial contribution to the account of the Egyptian General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences No. 5/17542/082/4 in Euros - the Central Bank of Egypt with the original deposit stamped with the company’s seal upon submitting the subscription application.
- Confirmation of the completeness of the company's data (company name - address - telephone - fax - responsible manager - e-mail - products to be displayed) in both Arabic and English.
-Affirmation on the accuracy of preparing invoices and packing statements in Arabic and English in terms of description and ((SHC) the customs code for the commodity and determining the price in US dollars and the raw elements and components of the product and the completion and documentation of all documents required by the state such as certificates (health / agriculture / pharmacy / food safety ... etc.).
-Clothes and furnishings must have a non-removable mark that includes the percentage of cotton - polyester - components and the Made in Egypt mark.
-Ensure that the expiry date is indicated on food packages.
-Fumigate the wooden parcels with the presentation of the fumigation certificate within the shipping documents.
-Ensure that the weight of each parcel does not exceed 100 kg and its dimensions do not exceed 60 x 60 x 80 cm.
-The deadline for delivering the exhibits to the Authority’s stores is 12/14/2021, accompanied by original invoice +4 copies.
-IT is necessary to engrave or print the phrase (Made in Egypt) on all exhibits.
-In the case of the exhibition being canceled by the organizer due to compelling circumstances or sovereign instructions, the exhibitor is not entitled to claim any compensation.
