Activities of the fair:
Agricultural and food products - Chemical Industries - Engineering - Electrical industry - drugs and
medical supplies - Cosmetics – Mineral Industries - Furniture - Mining and refractories - leather products
- textiles and furniture.
Financial contribution:
Shipping: $ 115 / m 2- 3 m3 per unit (12 m 2) (inland transport)
General Conditions:
- Payment of 25% of the value of the financial contribution in cash to the treasury or bank check on behalf
of the Egyptian General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences.
-The need to pay off the rest of the due financial contribution before shipping the exhibits.
-The deadline for delivery to stores exhibits on April 1, 2013 accompanied by the original + 4 copies of
the invoice.
- fulfilling your company's data (Company Name - Address - Telephone - Fax - the manager in charge -
E-mail – Products Intended to be placed) in Arabic and English.
Emphasis the accuracy of billing and packaging list in Arabic and English in terms of characterization,
customs code of the commodity, determine the price in dollars, U.S. initial elements and components of
the product and registering all of the documents required by the state, such as certificates (health /
agriculture / Pharmaceuticals….)
- Fumigating wooden parcels With providing us fumigation certificate enclosed in the shipping
documents.
- Emphasizing the need for carving or printed words (Made in Egypt) on all the exhibits.
- Will not accept the apology after subscription except written apology and at least one month before
the date of shipment.
