• The Turkish government will cover the expenses of accommodation

• Egyptian importers must fill out the participation form and send it before the final application date for participating in any exhibition to the email: Cairo@trade.gov.tr. • The participant is responsible for the airfare cost. Please note that airfare tickets should not be purchased until receiving approval for participation from the Turkish commercial attaché. This might involve an evaluative interview with the commercial attaché.

• Companies that are accepted will be notified of the results after evaluating the forms.

• The company's field of work must align with the exhibition's field.

• The participation form must be completed fully and in detail.

• It is important to pay attention to the application deadlines.

• Businesspersons should adhere to the suggested program, especially attending bilateral meetings.

• Company representatives must have the necessary authority to make decisions on behalf of their company.

• Adequate notice should be given for any cancellations before the specified deadline.
