Within the role of the Ministry of supply and internal trade in providing food for all citizens, especially the low income, convoys of trucks launched on Monday from supermarkets and wholesale companies to sell local chicken thighs at the price of 9 pounds and half per kilo in most slums and densely populated in governorates, like Cairo, Alexandria,Giza,Qalyoubyia,Dakahlyia ,and Asyuot.

He noted that it is currently intensifying food commodities in all branches of both complexes consumer and wholesale companies and food trucks loaded with discounted prices of meat, poultry, fish, oils, rice, sugar, pulses, flour and other goods in preparation for Eid Al Adha.
