Dr. Laila El Bialy  Cairo Chamber’s Board member and the General Supervisor of retail Academy said that the Board of Directors of Cairo Chamber paid special attention for the rehabilitation and training the commercial society by all means for trade development,and always Retail Academy looking for new in the modern training programs. this happened at the beginning of this week during the ceremony of delivering Certificate for course on Salesmanship skills under Work pressures .

Dr. Laila El Bialy received "reviews and inquiries about this course in order to achieve the greatest benefit  and demanded that they should  communicate with the Chamber to obtain any data, and useful information on these special courses which offered by the Academy .

She added that "salesmanship skills" programme under the work pressures included a series of contents like Sell in a buyer-responsive manner, Use psychology to engage the buyer, Establish trust with the buyer, Communicate succinctly, Act on what the customer is saying,Demonstrate subject matter expertise, Help (as opposed to close) their prospects, Sell effectively over the phone, socially active with target buyers ,Personalize their interactions,Use a variety of marketing skills, Help prospects achieve next steps,Tie daily activities to quota achievement.
