During the Conference of optics future in Egypt. Cairo Chamber called for supporting the scientific researches

Cairo Chamber of Commerce called for supporting the scientific research, and the Egyptian scientists in all areas especially, that there are Egyptian scientists in all sectors in various foreign countries. This stated in a speech by Mr. Ali Shoukry, Cairo Chamber‘s Vice Chairman during the fifteenth Conference organized by the Division of optics on Tuesday under the name "the future of optics in Egypt" in the presence of the owners of companies operating in this sector and a group of scientists and professors of research centers, and the officials of the ministries of health, higher education, scientific research, trade and industry, Cairo Governorate and experts in this sector.

 

 

Shoukry called that eyeglasses should not to be sold and traded in stores unless the store is equipped with a workshop for medical examination and subject to an optical technician, graduated from institutes of optics, pointing to in that regard the governorate took steps, and includes a proposal to eliminate the random trade in glasses and amending the laws and regulations governing the sale, the processing and the circulation of eyeglasses beginning of law 193 for the year 1959.
