Head of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce Ahmed El Wakil said that A delegation led by the Finnish Foreign Trade and Development Minister Kai Mykkänen is expected in Egypt between 26-29 September.

El Wakil pointed out that the Federation will organize a conference on promoting the investment opportunities in Egypt on Tuesday, and will be inaugurated by the two ministers followed by bilateral meetings for companies from both sides, then the minister and the delegation will meet with the concerned ministers sectors.  The visit includes meetings with the ministers of planning, housing, international cooperation, communication, and Chairman of the Suez Canal axis.

Alaa Ezz, the Federation‘s Chief executive had extended an invitation from Eng. Tareq Kabil, to the Finnish Minister. Also he had held Conference in Helsinki on Econmic developments in the light of the Finnish Fund for Industrial Cooperation has agreed to return Egypt to the list of countries in which it backs development programs. Its emphasis will be on energy, environmental, sewage, and the SME sectors.
