Cairo will receive a Taiwanese trade delegation on 4th March, consisting of 21 Taiwanese companies in various fields, to discuss ways of increasing trade cooperation between Taiwanese companies and Egyptian companies and factories. This made the Taiwan Commercial Center in Cairo officially invite Cairo Chamber to meet the corresponding Taiwanese companies.
Ibrahim El-Araby, Vice-Chairman of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Chairman of the Cairo Chamber, will deliver a speech during a meeting between the Taiwanese delegation and the Egyptian companies, explaining the investment opportunities available in the local market and the Chamber's keenness to increase trade exchange between Egypt and other countries.
Al-Arabi said that the chamber seeks to increase Egyptian exports abroad and support trade exchange through such meetings and bilateral meetings between the Egyptian companies and their foreign counterparts. He expected that the trade exchange between Egypt and Taiwan will increase after this meeting, especially in light of the diverse delegation that will visit Egypt and meets Egyptian companies, exporters and importers.
Ali Shoukry, deputy Chairman of Cairo Chamber, said that the local exports to Taiwan will increase especially that the Taiwanese delegation is specialized in many fields and in light of the recent trend of the state to encourage exports by supporting local production.
He pointed out that the delegation will be well prepared to meet this delegation through the arrangement and good preparation and the organization of direct bilateral meetings between the two parties so that the results will be positive and fast, especially that there are many Egyptian goods can be exported to the Taiwan market, pointing out that the parties will provide all the data on their markets and the goods needed From each other to increase trade.
