The Minister of Trade and Industry, Tarik Kabil issued a Decree No. 104 of 2018 on  granting natural persons and companies that have not regularized their statuses an additional period not exceeding six months from the date of implementing the provisions of this decree.

The register of importers of natural persons and companies that have not regularized their statuses shall continue until the end of the grace period provided that the other conditions prescribed by law are met
