Ahmed Al-Wakil, Chairman of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, said

that the procedures for the launch of a holding company will be completed for

logistic centers, commodity exchanges and wholesale markets at the end of

the current year.

He explained in special statements that it will be launched after the completion

of studies of the logistics centers, because now lands in the provinces are being

allocated, to be appropriate for the establishment of logistics centers. He added

that the studies are carried out in an integrated manner, so a committee was

formed including some of the ministries concerned headed by Eng. Ibrahim

Mahlab, the Assistant President of the Republic for national and strategic

projects, to take care of logistics centers and commodity exchanges.

After the inauguration of the holding company, the IPO will be considered to

the Egyptian Stock Exchange for funding the logistics projects.
