Egyptian Japanese ": a meeting is expected with Japanese businessmen to inject new investment

The Egyptian-Japanese Business Council is preparing to hold a meeting during the coming period in Egypt, following the organization of the last meeting of the Council in Japan.

 

 

In this context, Ibrahim Al-Araby, head of the Egyptian side of the Egyptian-Japanese Business Council, said that coordination with the Japanese side is being underway with the Japanese side about the coming date of the meeting in Cairo, to complete what was agreed during the previous meeting in Tokyo, Pointing out that the previous meeting of the Business Council witnessed a great welcome from the Japanese side to the economic reforms in Egypt, especially the new investment law.

 

 

El-Araby added that there is a great welcome from the Japanese side to invest in Egypt, but first they will study the market and the available investment opportunities and then make a decision to enter the market.

 

 

Dr. Sahar Nasr, Minister of International Cooperation, with the Japanese government and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), signed three agreements in the fields of energy, electricity and civil aviation in November 2016.
