Does the government's plan succeed in eliminating “randomness"?

The internal trade sector is one more economic sector suffered since the 25th January revolution. However, the recent period witnessed the beginning of t the government’s interest in the sector under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi.

 

 

Dr. Ibrahim Ashmawy, head of the Internal Trade Development Authority, Minister of Supply for Investment Assistant, said that the government's plan represented by the Authority includes introducing new lands to investors in several governorates. And the ministry is currently developing commercial investment map, to review all the available opportunities in each governorate.

 

 

 For his part, Ahmed Al-Wakil, chairman of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce, said that the federation supports all government’s plans to promote the sector, pointing out that the Federation is Coordinating with the governorates in order to provide and allocate land for establishing logistics centers.

 

 

 He added that the federation is in the process of launching a holding company for implementing logistic centers, commodity exchanges, and wholesale markets before the end of the current year.

 

 

Eng. Ibrahim Al-Araby, Chairman of Cairo Chamber of Commerce, agreed with Ahmed Al-Wakil, pointing out that the government is seeking to introduce the new lands for the sector's growth enhancement.
