The Women's Committee of Cairo Chamber in cooperation with the Department of Spinning, Weaving and Knitting in the Faculty of Applied Arts held a free workshop for the production of textile hangers (Handmade Kilim, Handmade Carpets)

Aims of the workshop

Making a textile product that is used for weaving handwoven and hand-made carpets, through practical training on the basic principles of hand-made carpets and the use of raw materials used to obtain the product.

Time allocated to the workshop

The workshop takes 18 hours divided into two weeks (3 days a week and 3 hours a day) at the headquarters of the Department of Spinning, Weaving and Knitting at the Faculty of Applied and Applied Arts (5 Dr. Zewail St., Dokki, Giza)

NB

- The trainee shall bear all the costs of tools and raw materials used to obtain the textile product.

-  The number of trainees must be from 7 to 10 trainees only.

- Registration based on  priority attendance in the headquarters of the Women's Committee at  Cairo Chamber of Commerce - in the seventh floor
