New Slovak and Polish investments in Egypt

Eng. Motaz Raslan, Chairman of Canada Egypt Business Council CEBC and The Egyptian council for international cooperation, announced that a delegation of major companies and businessmen from the Slovak Republic will visit Egypt during the coming period to discuss investment opportunities in the Egyptian market in various sectors.

 

 

 

 

 He said that the Egyptian council organized a trade mission to Poland and Slovakia which achieved significant results. It was agreed with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia that a mission of various companies would visit Egypt to explore available investment opportunities.

 

 

 

 

He revealed that one of the largest companies in the information technology sector announced its determination to enter the Egyptian market during the coming period.

 

 

 

 

He pointed out that the mission was organized in coordination with the Egyptian Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, as well as a number of businessmen, investors, and representatives from companies working in the field of tourism, mining, furniture, real estate, manufacturing, and logistics.

 

 

He assured that there is a strong interest in boosting relations and benefit from the available potentials of both sides, adding that the trade exchange between the two countries reached around one billion dollars in 2016 compared to half a billion in 2015.
