Participating in 48 international exhibitions and organizing 12 promotional missions

Shireen Al-Shorbagi, CEO of Export Development Authority, announced the termination of the international exhibitions plan, trade missions, and buyers' missions for the fiscal year 2018-2019, approved by the Board of Directors under the chairmanship of Eng. Tarek Kabeel the Minister of Trade and Industry.

 

 

She said that the new plan is in line with the Ministry of Trade and Industry strategy to double the exports and access to international markets, especially the African markets, in the framework of the African Free Trade Agreement and the Latin American markets under the Agreement signed between Egypt and Mercosur countries.

 

 

She explained that the new exhibitions plan includes participation in 48 international specialized exhibitions which cover various industrial sectors, noting that these exhibitions were selected according to the standards of the authority in coordination with export councils.

 

 

Al Shorbagi pointed out that the Authority announced the plan for the next year in national newspapers and on the Authority website to facilitate participating and applying for participation.
