Inaugurating Arab union of arbitration for economic and investment disputes

Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, the Prime Minister said that the Arab Union of Arbitration plays a key role in activating the Arab economic integration. He added that this Union includes legal experts and figures, and also he welcomed choosing Cairo as the headquarters of the Arab Arbitration Union.

 

 

For his part, Ambassador Mohamed al-Rabea, Secretary-General of the Council of Arab Economic Unity, said that the Arab World is about to start a new phase in line with economic openness.

 

 

He added that the union selected dr. Ali Abdel-Aal, the chairman of the Egyptian House of Representatives, as Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Union, which was welcomed by the members of the General Assembly. 

 

 

Dr. Sahar Nasr, Minister of Investment and International Cooperation, said that this union will endeavor to put an end to all disputes that may arise between Arab and foreign businessmen or investors, according to advanced legal rules that keep abreast of all legal rules.
