10%Increase in furniture exports during April 2018

Egypt's exports of furniture rose to $ 33 million in April 2018, an increase of 10 percent compared with the same month last year, General Organization for Export and Import Control said in a report.

 

 

 

The increase in furniture exports during April 2018 was the first real increase following a slight increase of 1% in March of the same year. Exports declined by 19% in January and February.

 

 

 

Egypt's non-oil exports increased during from January to April 2018, an increase of 16% over the same period of 2017, which amounted to 8 billion and 644 million dollars against 7 billion and 432 million dollars, while the foreign trade volume of Egypt Growth increased by12%, recording 29 billion and 357 million dollars compared to 26 billion and 138 million dollars during the same period of 2018.
