ElAraby expects to increase trade exchange after the Egyptian presidency of the African Union

Ibrahim El-Araby, Vice-President of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Chairman of Cairo Chamber, expected the development of Egyptian-African relations after the receipt of the presidency of the African Union in 2019 by President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi.

 

El-Araby said President al-Sisi's arrival at the African Union presidency has many implications, including the improvement of the situation in Egypt at all levels and the return of Egypt to its normal place in Africa, pointing out that this will open new investment and commercial horizons in the African market. The African market is promising and Egyptian products can expand in various activities, increasing the rate of domestic exports.

 

E-Araby called on the Egyptian business community to take advantage of the Egyptian presidency of the African Union to consolidate trade relations and raise the rates of trade exchange and establish a partnership that achieves mutual interests in trade, industrial and investment fields and conclude partnership agreements that emphasize the depth of Egyptian-African historical relations. The relations between Egypt and various African countries to open mutual trade and investment markets and achieve the interests of all parties, expecting the development of Egyptian-African relations under Egypt's presidency of the African Union for 2019.
