Madbouly opens the meetings of the Egyptian-Japanese Business Council

The activities of the Egyptian-Japanese Business Council promotional trip, headed by Sahar Nasr, Minister of Investment and International Cooperation to Japan, started with a meeting including 20 major Japanese companies, interested in increasing their investments in Egyp. This was done in cooperation between the Japan Cooperation Center for the Middle East, the Egyptian Embassy in Tokyo, the Egyptian-Japanese Business Council, stated Ibrahim El-Araby, Cairo Chamber's chairman and the chairman of the Egyptian-Japanese Business Council.

 

 

El-Araby said that the support of President Al-Sisi gives a positive character for both the Egyptian and Japanese sides alongside the support of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly who will open the conference in the presence of a large number of ministers.

 

 

El-Araby said that a comprehensive presentation was made on the positive developments on the investment environment in Egypt, the available investment opportunities to the Japanese side, investment incentives and facilitates provided by the new law, pointing out that Dr. Sahar Nasr answered all inquiries from the Japanese side wishing to invest in Egypt.

 

 

The meetings also included a comprehensive presentation of the advantages and incentives for investing in the Suez Canal Economic Zone, where the Japanese investors expressed their interest in investing in it.

 

 

He added that the members of the Board of Egyptian businessmen participating in the promotional trip and the Japanese businessmen discussed investment and partnership opportunities between the two sides.
