Al-Araby sent an urgent letter to the PARLIAMENT to resolve the old rents for shops and commercial offices crisis.

Ibrahim El-Araby, the chairman of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, held an emergency meeting last Thursday to discuss the crisis of the old rents of shops and commercial prosperities and their repercussions on the commercial community.

 

 

 

Al-Araby decided to send an urgent letter to the PARLIAMENT, which includes non-dissolution of contracts with these prosperities, with negotiation to increase the rent, ensuring the rights of both parties.

 

 

He pointed out that the public interest requires maintaining the rights of all, and therefore; the officials should intervene quickly to resolve this crisis.

 

 

He revealed that there are other actions along with the letter that was sent to the Parliament through telephone contacts with officials in various sectors.
