In light of the financial and economic progress and development witnessed by the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the belief of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce in the importance of upgrading and developing the human element, Cairo Chamber of Commerce organized a training program on the law of government contracts for its staff.

The purpose of this program is to define the law and its objectives, the general rules of the pre-contracting process , practical applications on it, the contracting procedures, the regulating and governing rules, the limits and financial responsibilities, the clarification of the contracting authority in accepting and rejecting tenders, the importance of electronic publication on the portal of general contracts in light of the provisions of Law No. 5 of the year 2015, and studying some practical cases.

This is in addition to the legal and preparatory rules for contracting and pre-tender procedures in the light of the provisions of the contracting law concluded by the public authorities, which will be presented through discussions and mutual dialogues, standards and data required in the preparation of the conditions booklet.
