ElAraby: the president engages the private sector in Africa's 2022 plans

Eng. Ibrahim ElAraby the Chairman of the General Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce ( FEDCOC), the Chairman of Cairo Chamber of Commerce, and The president of the Egyptian Japanese business revealed the potential and importance of the continent, as a huge market with more than one billion people mostly from the youth, according to the Final Declaration (Yokohama Declaration 2019) issued by TICAD Summit.

 

 

ElAraby added that the statement praised Sisi's positive moves in strengthening relations between Japan and African countries, stressing that Africa has the wealth that qualifies it to compete economically and technologically.

 

 

It is worth mentioning that FEDCOC has participated in a working paper for cooperation between the public and private sectors with the aim of involving the private sector in development, and specific steps have been included to reach this goal until the next TICAD Summit 2022.
