Egypt's business delegation to visit Germany in mid-October

A high-profile Egyptian business delegation will visit Berlin next week to discuss the possibility of injecting additional investment into ongoing projects in the country with German investors, said CEO of the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GACIC)  Jan Noether.
 
 
 
The delegation, comprising around 40 to 50 representatives from different companies, is expected to hold discussion panels and round-table meetings with members of the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry and CEOs of German companies.

According to GACIC CEO Jan Noether, the German-Arab Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GACIC) is working to promote Egyptian goods in Germany and promote economic ties between  the two countries.
 
Noether said that Egypt's relationship with Germany is long lasting and very intensive, adding that the chamber is making great efforts to develop youth technical training.
 
 
 
"Our job is to provide German companies with skilled       workers and to extend the promotion of foreign trade, investments abroad and promote Germany as a whole.
 
 
 
Additionally, we have trade missions from Bavaria, Germany to Egypt by the end of October. We will also host 20 company representatives to meet Egyptian companies that have common interests". He added 
 
 
 
He announced that a trade mission headed by the Deputy Minister of Economy, from the German state of Bavaria, comprising 20 German companies, visited Egypt at the end of October, to discuss the investment opportunities available as the German Chamber is the largest member in Egypt where it has 3000 members and is expected to increase the number of Coming period .
