FEDCOC's chairman met the Economic Unity delegation to discuss increasing Arab cooperation.

Eng. Ibrahim Al-Araby, chairman of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce and chairman of the Cairo Chamber, received Ambassador Mohamed Mohamed Al-Rabie, the secretary General of the Council of Arab Economic Unity.

 

 

Mohamed Mahran, Vice-chairman of the Arab Federation of Leather Industries, and Head of the Regional Office of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and a number of members of the Board of Directors of the Arab Federation of Leather Industries attended the meeting.

 

 

 They discussed the increase of Arab trade, industrial, and investment cooperation during the coming period.

 

 

This came in the presence of a number of members of the Board of Directors of the Cairo Chamber, including Eng. Sameh Zaki, Vice-chairman of the Chamber, and Khaled Hassanein, and Ahmed al-Wasimi, members of the Board of Directors.

 

 

Ambassador Mohammed Mohammed Al-Rabie handed over the shield of Arab economic unity to Ibrahim El-Araby in honor of him for his role of commercial and industrial leadership at national level.

 

 

Eng. Ibrahim Al-Arabi said that the meeting aims at  increasing joint Arab cooperation in the favour of the Arab economy, which is a general orientation of the Egyptian political leadership, headed by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi,  .
