The General Federation of Chambers of Commerce praised the initiative of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi aimed at "encouraging the local product and stimulating consumption".

Ibrahim ElAraby the Chairmain of Both FEDCOC and Cairo Chamber of Commerce said that the Republic-level members of the Chambers of Commerce welcome the initiative to improve sales and increase commercial movement, especially as it comes at a very important time in view of repercussions of the Corona virus crisis on most commercial activities, as well as, pumping money from the state treasury into ration cards is an important step to stimulate the market.

On behalf of its board of directors and members of the chambers of commerce in the various governorates, including manufacturers, traders and service providers, the Chairman of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce thanked President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi for his relentless efforts to present all new initiatives to help people, business, trade and investment and thus the national economy.

The appreciation also thanked the government led by Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, which seeks to implement the President's directives and offering timely facilities to the economy and to the society.

ElAraby stressed that the initiative to promote the local product and stimulate demand, which would increase the level of consumer expenditure on purchases, which is a beneficial initiative for both parties, whether the manufacturer increases the production rates of its commodity or the merchant by raising its sales or the customer by helping it with low-priced products and other benefits.
