In light of the facilitating measures and incentives that investors enjoy with the encouragement of the political leadership, led by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and the important and strong role played by the government, Ibrahim El-Araby said that Egypt has great investment and commercial opportunities, which will be discussed during tomorrow's meeting with the Kenyan side. El-Araby emphasized the importance of increased cooperation between the Egyptian and Kenyan sides in order to increase trade and investment exchange rates, particularly because, following the conclusion of the joint meeting, bilateral talks will be held to explore direct ways of collaboration in a variety of industries, including "food commodities manufacturing - energy - building and construction - household appliances - auto components."
For his part, Richard Nagatia, President of the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, stated that the Kenyan side wants to strengthen economic ties with Egypt, and that the next stage will see new cooperation between the two parties in a variety of areas.
