A  meeting was held between Egyptian businessmen and Mr. /lawund Sophie - chairman of Sophie

They proposed the idea of ​​renting about 100 markets in the commercial market Place which is owned

by the group, according to: -

1-      The area of ​​each shop is 18 square meters.

2-      There will be an exemption from rent for 3 months, as the rental value will be $ 560 during the

subsequent months.

3-      The Group wishes to rent shops for the Egyptian companies working in the following products:

Khan el-Khalili, Chandeliers, antiques, accessories, cotton clothing), as well as all kinds of foodstuffs.

4-      The companies could rent a private stores (Iron trusses) with an area of ​​450 m² valued at a monthly

rent of about $ 700.

5-      This offer is valid for only one month.
