Dr. Mohamed Maait, Minister of Finance, and Mr. Shahat Ghaturi, Head of the Customs Authority, have issued directives to educate customs dealers on the “ACI” Cargo pre-registration system to help them overcome the obstacles and problems they face during the pilot phase before the mandatory application of the “ACI” system in seaports begins on October 1, 2021, in order to enhance positive communication with traders, importers and their agents of customs brokers, by holding free practical training courses on the pre-registration system in cooperation with the Egyptian Company for E-Commerce Technology “MTS”.

Cairo Chamber of Commerce invites importers, extractors, and representatives of factories and companies to attend Egyptian Customs Authority courses, which will be held at the Ministry of Finance headquarters in Ramses St Extension, Tower 4 until Thursday, September 30, 2021, and they can choose the appropriate date and attend the course without making an appointment.
