A workshop on marquetry will be held by the Women and Trade Committee (wood veneer) at Cairo Chamber of Commerce. The workshop focuses on the work and forms of wood veneer, as well as how to create an artistic product out of wood veneer by identifying the types of wood veneer and the best types of wood for that, as well as the method of cutting wood veneer, the appropriate cutting direction, the method of creating a design and transferring it to wood, and how to paste the veneer, and how to finish the design.

The session will be held on Mondays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a total of 15 training hours.
