A Meeting Of FEDCOC African Affairs To Discuss Ways Of Increasing Egyptian Exports

The African Affairs Committee of the General Division of Exporters at FEDCOC declared an emergency to support Egyptian exports and increase their rates in the next stage. Chairman of the Cairo Chamber, according to the plan of FEDCOC headed by Engineer Ibrahim El-Araby, Chairman of Cairo Chamber, and in line with the state's general development plan.

 

 

The meeting was attended by Dalia Tadros, Assistant Minister of Public Business Sector represented by Jusoor "Export and Import" company, Ambassador Mohamed Abdel Ghaffar, Chairman of the African Economic Council, and a large number of exporters to discuss common issues with the aim of supporting Egyptian exports.

 

 

Ahmed Zaky, the head of African Affairs Committee of the General Division of Exporters at FEDCOC, said the committee is currently studying the latest developments in the African arena and how to benefit from its various markets, particularly in light of Egypt's presidency of COMESA and efforts to increase Egyptian exports and trade exchange with various African countries.

 

 

Zaky suggested that Egypt consider hosting a permanent annual exhibition that includes a forum for investment and marketing for African opportunities, as well as cooperating with Jusoor, the African Economic Council, and some investors to open new horizons in the field of trade and investment between African countries.

 

 

He also emphasized the importance of uniting all efforts in the coming period in order to open new export markets and achieve the state's direction in this regard, which is accomplished through cooperation and integration of private and governmental organization.
