The Japanese government honored Eng. Ibrahim Mahmoud El Araby of Egypt, who chairs the Egypt-Japan Business Council (JBC), the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FEDCOC), and the Cairo Chamber of Commerce.

A statement distributed by the Japanese embassy in Cairo said: “Eng. Ibrahim El-Araby, as Chairman of the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce and  the Egypt-Japan Business Council, has contributed to the continued development of trade relations between the two countries by holding a series of joint meetings with the relevant Japanese organization, the Japan-Egypt Business Council (JEBC), and by Through providing opportunities for exchanges between Japanese and Egyptian business communities.

 “Eng. Ibrahim El-Araby one of the leading household electrical appliance manufacturing companies in Egypt, has also contributed to the development of economic relations between Japan and Egypt over many years through support and alliances with Japanese companies in the manufacture of household appliances.
