The Cairo Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, led by Eng. Ibrahim Mahmoud El Araby, Chairman of the General Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce, agreed to establish the local and international commercial arbitration centre.

 

 

El Araby said the local and international commercial arbitration center takes into account today's requirements and will include Egyptian and foreign experts.

 

 

In the second phase, it is targeted to establish branches in a number of countries, especially those that have twinning with the chambers of commerce, and Egyptian experts abroad will be trained on ways to deal with all kinds of disputes to keep pace with the latest developments in this field, and judgment in these disputes through this center is binding.

 

 

In the second phase, it is planned to open branches in a number of countries, particularly those that have twinning agreements with chambers of commerce and Egyptian experts will be trained on how to deal with various types of disputes in order to keep up with the latest developments in this field.

 

 

Merchants of various nationalities, not just Egyptians, will be able to use the center's services. According to Al-Araby, the establishment of a local and international commercial arbitration centre is one of the steps currently being taken by the Cairo Chamber in accordance with the state's general development plan. the chamber will prepare the appropriate location for arbitration rooms, holding seminars, conferences, deliberation rooms, and experts, as well as providing assistance to the court and expertise without interfering with arbitration.
