Cairo Chamber's Customs Committee Discusses Ideas For Managing Markets And Boosting Egyptian Exports.

Cairo Chamber of Commerce's Customs Committee had an extended meeting to review the most recent developments in the business world as well as the concerns and suggestions made by members of the Chamber's business divisions on various activities.

 

 

Ehab Saeed, a member of the Cairo Chamber's board of directors, and Ayman El-Sheikh, the head of the Cairo Chamber's International Transport and Logistics Division, were attended the emergency meeting called by committee head Amr Khedr, a member of Cairo Chamber's board of directors. The meeting was held to discuss issues pertaining to various sectors, including customs in order to have a discussion on issues pertaining to various sectors and customs in an attempt to control markets.

 

 

Amr Khader stated that the committee is currently considering all issues and proposals in order to submit them to engineer Ibrahim El-Araby, chairman of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce and chairman of Cairo Chamber, in order to address the head of the Customs Authority regarding them, particularly with regard to customs release procedures,  and other observations that the committee received from the business division members.

 

 

The head of the customs committee proposed holding regular meetings with the ambassadors and commercial attachés at the embassies of various African countries in Cairo to discuss the needs of their countries' markets for Egyptian products in order to increase Egyptian exports, particularly because African markets are promising and absorb many Egyptian products, as well as to benefit from all international agreements with different countries.
