The Cairo Chamber of Commerce's Exhibitions Committee, which is chaired by Major General Salah Al-Abed, the Chamber's Treasurer, held a prolonged meeting to discuss opinions and ideas regarding the "Welcome Schools" exhibition and all upcoming exhibitions, as well as their recommendations on the preparations needed to effectively organize the exhibition, whether at the administrative or commercial level.

The meeting was attended by committee member Sherif Yehia, member of the Chamber's Board of Directors and head of the Footwear and Leather Products Division; Mohamed Hassan, member of the Chamber's Stationery Division; and a number of the Chamber's executive staff.

Major General Salah Al-Abd, the chamber's treasurer, noted that this meeting is one in a series of gatherings held by the committee in advance of welcoming visitors throughout the year. He also noted that coordination is being carried out with all relevant authorities to achieve greater success, particularly in light of the chamber's previous numerous successes in organizing exhibitions.
