The National Assembly of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela approved the Organic Law on Special Economic Zones

The purpose of this law is to regulate the formation, organization, performance, and management of the development of special areas, economic, tax, and other incentives that can be applied in relation to the system of sovereign economic development and national production that guarantees the productive chain, judicial security, and justice, and environmentally sustainable fields.
