It is the largest commercial registry office at the level of the governorates of the Republic. The average performance of registry services transactions in the office ranges from 350 to 400 transactions per day. The office also receives the trademark registration service.

In addition to the "register of exporters and the import card and its other services"—electronic payment companies and the issuance of the electronic signature and stamp of the electronic invoice related to taxes—three companies have been contracted, two in the new center and one in the Chamber's Excellence Center in the Opera Garage in Ataba area, as well as banks with their electronic and financing services.Taxes are represented by the Tax Guidance Office, and work is underway to issue the tax card later.
