Engineer Ahmed Sameer, Minister of Trade and Industry, voted in the presidential elections in Cairo, confirming that participation in the presidential elections is a critical step towards completing the construction of the Egyptian state as a regional and global leader in politics and economics. This is in addition to creating the security and political stability required to overcome the current global economic crisis.

 

 

Engineer Ahmed Sameer, the Minister of Trade and Industry, cast his vote in the presidential elections in Cairo, confirming that participation in the presidential elections represents a crucial step towards completing the construction of the Egyptian state with a leading political and economic role regionally and globally. This is in addition to establishing the necessary security and political stability to overcome the current global economic crisis.The minister urged the Egyptian people to actively participate in this democratic process and contribute to nation-building by expressing their free will.

 

 

Mr. Ahmed Elwakil, the head of the General Union of Chambers of Commerce and the head of the Egyptian Chamber of Commerce in Alexandria, also cast his vote in his electoral district in Alexandria. After casting his vote, he visited the election committees in commercial areas to encourage traders to participate in the electoral process.

 

 

Mr. Ayman El Ashry, the Chairman of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, voted in the presidential elections in the Zamalek area. He emphasised the importance of Egyptian citizens participating in the presidential elections as a national duty to preserve the stability of our country, support our national economy, and continue the development phase that Egypt has been witnessing lately.

 

 

Mr. Sherif Yehia, the Deputy Chairman of the Chamber, on the sidelines of casting his vote in the Zamalek area, stressed the importance of the Egyptian people participating in the presidential elections and presenting themselves in an honourable manner to the world to maintain the stability that Egypt is experiencing.

 

 

The members of the Board of Directors of the Cairo Chamber of Commerce and the chairmen of commercial chambers across Egypt, totaling more than 5 million merchants, manufacturers, and service providers, were also urged to exercise their constitutional right by heading to vote in the presidential elections.
