The Engineering Export Council of Egypt will hold an efficient Family governance program received
from Corporate Governance center.
This program is for progressive families in business who want to gain the technical knowledge on
how to get Organized and ensure a sustainable future for the business. The Program introduces the
key models and frameworks that explain the unique dynamics of family businesses. The ownership,
governance, management and leadership of a family business must deal with these dynamics in a
way that enhances the growth of these businesses.
The best practice solutions for doing this will be explained to delegates through interactive learning,
case studies and simulation.
