Cairo Chamber requests participation in legislation

Mr. / Ali Shukri - the Cairo Chamber ‘s Vice Chairman asked  that the Chambers of Commerce  should

 

participate in the decision-making, pointing out that the various countries of the world have a prominent

 

role in the business community, thus the opinion of traders should be taken  in making Legislation and

 

laws pertaining to various business sectors.

 

 

This came during  the meeting of the Cairo Chamber ‘s Board of directors on Tuesday, to announce

 

initiating Treatment project for merchants , health insurance, and  establishing  a hospital for Cairo

 

traders of capital amounted  2 million pounds, as a first stage of traders' contributions, Which has been

 

welcomed by board members  to lift the burden on traders in the treatment. In addition to  Mr. Shukri

 

pointed out that the idea of Social club for traders is still under study.
