Mr.  Attiya Hammad, Chief of Division baker at Cairo chamber of commerce – stated that 240 bakery

has been adopted in south of Cairo, including Helwan, Maasara, 15th May, and New Cairo areas.

He stressed that the delayed financial dues possess by Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade will be

paid according to the new system of bread in three phases.
