Visit of the Chinese government delegation to Cairo Chamber in order to increase cooperation

Chinese government Delegation visited Cairo Chamber of Commerce, in order to increase cooperation between the two sides and to find solutions to some problems and discussing some of the proposals. Mr. Sameh Zaky Cairo Chamber's board member demanded for increasing and developing cooperation between both parties and explained that the Chamber is ready to provide all the data, in return for access to real data from the Chinese side.

 

Mr. Ahmed Yehia, Division Chief of Food added that both sides should transfer the Egyptian-Chinese relations to a new stage, through Chinese control over their producers and keep control of Egyptian importers. He stressed that bad Chinese products is negatively affect the reputation of the Chinese products.

 

He also pointed to the importance of Egypt as a gateway to Africa; therefore it is necessary to set up common areas between the two countries.

 

Mr. Jamal Hamoor, General Manager of Conciliation and Arbitration Department at Cairo Chamber said during the meeting, that there are various problems facing the Egyptian companies through cooperation with Chinese companies.

For his part, the Chinese delegation confirmed that the Chinese government Pays great attention to the Egyptian side and trying to solve all the existing problems and stressed that the embassy will seek to provide all the information about approved Chinese companies to deal with it and called for increased coordination with the chamber.
